Locking Arms has a reputation for providing EXCELLENT training to prepare workers to be effective on the field.   You will participate in seven live training sessions, be guided through two self-study modules & enjoy a day of team building (if local).  Team members not local to Locking Arms will still participate via Facebook Live (training) & Facetime or Skype (small group discussions).  Participation in GlobalTREK training is mandatory.   You will receive the actual training dates upon acceptance, but each training session will be held on Sunday afternoons from 3-5 PM PST.  More details will follow upon acceptance, but prepare yourself for training that will be enjoyable, productive & inspiring.
