As part of our commitment to mobilizing people, Locking
Arms' desire is to take advantage of our Executive
Director's years of missions experience to help
build up mission programs within the local
church and see them engaged in the work.
We don't believe in a "cookie cutter" approach
to missions, but believe that each church's
involvement should be a unique expression of the
church, its' leaders and members. Time is taken to
learn a church's history and explore a churches goals
before working together to formulate a plan.
For some churches this means starting from scratch. For others, a program might only need updating/refreshing. Still others might have programs that have successfully involved a select group of people, but the desire exists to engage the full membership of the church.
With experience working with churches of all sizes and at all levels of engagement, Locking Arms can help mobilize the church in deep, fulfilling and sustainable ways.
